Multi-sport programmes: one calendar discipline that scales across ten sports
Sports directors’ notes on keeping rugby, netball, hockey, and more aligned without burning out staff.
Multi-sport is a coordination game
The hard part is not any single sport — it is shared venues, shared staff, and shared parent attention.
What helps
- one term calendar discipline
- consistent naming for age groups
- predictable publishing rules for fixtures
FierScore context
FierScore supports multiple enabled sports and teams within a school — start with help to set up terms before fixtures.
